There is trouble in the kitty world of my household. Duo has been under quarantine in my office for the past five weeks under vet advice, for some behavioural adjustment time. Duo pisses on things. A lot. All the time. Every chance he gets. At first he was sneaky about it, now he's just brazen. We thought it was because he was getting bullied in

My only suggestion could be 'outside cat' but with Duo being declawed that's not safe at all.

It might be possible if you could find someone, that they might thrive in single-cat households better. It could be boredom, or attention craving.
