No offense, but you seem to need constant praise and you aren't going to get it anywhere. It's totally unrealistic. A raise is not unrealistic, BUT HAVE YOU ASKED HIM FOR ONE? No. So I don't think you can keep saying that until you ask. You seem to think you have to quit if you don't get one, so you've clearly got an attitude that you have to say "give me money or I'm leaving." I think that's unreasonable. Just ask.

It's just really fucking annoying and frustrating to deal with it. We've got HQ sitting and that's "big" money (to us), etc., etc., and nothing is going to get done because you're already so far into it that Julie can't just pick it up.

It's like you can't handle any kind of flexibility at all, you need such a strict routine and rules that any little give throws you totally off. Would you realistically work from home?

It's really not constant praise I want, its just that I want to not be accused of taking to long when I shave off 4 hours! I don't want praise, I just want to not be critized constantly when I do exceed expectations.

HQ is waiting on material from them. They want their graphic designer to redesign the buttons.

And yes I realize I have issues about working from home, but when Marks in I get nothing because he wants my input on everything (but then doesn't listen to what I have to say) so I feel like I'm wasting time. Yesterday was just very fusterating for me, in that I didn't get anything accomplished.

It is just super frustrating to me to be in the middle. We're also slammed with work right now and it's impossible. I stayed until 4:30 yesterday and I'm sure I'll be here until at least then, if not later, tonight.

I think I'm going to be back on the verge of a nervous breakdown when he leaves for 3 weeks.

I don't mean to put you in the middle, and if you can think of a way for me to call off that doesn't I'll be happy to use it.
