msg is evil

I'm pretty sure i'm allergic to/intollerent of MSG.

It really f*ing sucks!

Especially because I'm to lazy to read to find if it has one of 50 ingredients that could be masquerading as MSG.

Well another thing to add to my avoid like the plague list, mccorrmicks meatloaf spices.

My mom has severe food allergies and really learned a lot from this book. She's a library person, not a book owner, so I don't have a copy to lend you.
