Is it ethical? Would you do it?

I was in a big box store today and they had a huge pile of boxes sitting out in the middle of the movie isle labeled do not sell till February 28. The one box was open so I grabbed a movie out of the box and it was a movie I'm planning on buying next week when it comes out

I wouldn't try to buy it. If it were something I really wanted, I would've preordered it anyway.

I don't think I care if someone else would, though. It's not like it's a serious ethical violation.
