I think that to invite John anywhere means to automatically feel like he's going to be extremely late. :) I'm disappointed he didn't bring Terri. I couldn't believe when he said that he went back to his apartment after the Faire, though. Twinsburg -> Ashtabula -> Twinsburg -> Berea -> Twinsburg????
According to mapquest.com, he drove approx. 200 miles yesterday.
And I thought he was inviting me to his games night, as he said it to the room, but then he said "Oh, I was meaning to invite you (you) and Jim over for dinner anyway.." so I guess I wasn't invited. bwahaha.
That is an insane amount of driving, but it doesn't surprise me either. If John says one more time, I'm having the next games night at my house I'm going to scream. If you want to have people over INVITE them over already. It really annoys me when I go thru the effort of finding a free night and everything and Johns like, why don't we have it over here. I was also annoyed at the no one ate my chips comment, what did he expect when he showed up so late, that we starved till his chips showed up?
He didn't even pull them out of the bag, I didn't realize he brought chips.. he pulled his Chex Mix out and ate it, I thought that was for him and not for anyone else. I wanted some! ;)
I don't get why he possibly needed to drive all the way back to Twinsburg to come over. Perhaps he's got OCD. It's just weird how he always has to go home in between plans. Especially when he was in Lakewood and had to go home, even though Lakewood is only 20 minutes from Berea at best.
