Are we getting together for the July 17th release of HBP???

And just a FYI.... I'm leaving on a cruise July 26th.

I posted about it here. Maybe you missed it? I'd love it if a bunch of us got together. Honestly, I was hoping a one-year reunion could have been arranged but I know that would have been tough to organize, especially since it's a movie and not a book release.

I'm not surprised I missed it. I've been m-i-a for a while. But I'd love to get together with everyone.

I don't have poll capabilites, but maybe you (if you have them) can make up one soon and we can see where the majority of the group would like to meet.

Of course NYC would be great, so there's my suggestion :P

I know the original plan was to meet up at Anne's back in November, I'm wondering if that's still the plan and if so, should I get a passport if I go, etc. ???

That was the plan as long as miss_celestine was going to come, as I didn't feel comfortable inviting her to Marian's since I know her and Marian didn't at the time. But it doesn't look like Miss C is going to be able to make it, so NYC is fine with me. As long as I get an excuse to take a week off work, I'm up for anything.

NYC is pry best for me then as I wouldn't have to get a Passport and I'd get to meet Ross! Oh as a bonus, after a chat with Marian, I'm bringing something, something we can have a lot of fun with, as it it will require alcohol and snarky wit...just think Mystery Science Theatre 3000!

On another note: dam that sucks Miss_C can't come :(

I still read this...I just usually have a baby sleeping on me when I do and it's really hard to type that way. :P

If possible, I'd love to meet up with people. And hey, maybe people can meet Charlie! After all, he's a "GT baby". Hey, is he the first (real) baby that came out of GT? :D

It looks like once again I won't be making it. The whole wedding-on-august-long-weekend kinda makes it difficult :D.

Yup, still reading. My f-list has morphed away from HP things, though. I'm reading more real-life anecdotes and less fanfic these days. What city are you looking at for a movie party?
