I said I'd post pictures of my topaz contacts and am delivering. (After much procrastination, obviously.)
The closest thing to topaz that Acuvue 2 makes is "honey". I ordered those anyway because they are made of awesome.
Before ...kinda.
Right eye is my natural hazel color and left eye is one of the green ones I've been using for ages. Apparently when the flash is two feet from your face, it a) makes you look super pale, and b) doesn't show the awesomeness of your contacts. Woe.
After ...kinda.
Right eye is "blue" and the left eye is "honey". I ordered the honey ones, and am hopefully going to get the blue ones eventually.
I don't know why I didn't just get a picture of one "honey" and one natural. Probably because I love making my life harder than it needs to be.
What do y'all think? Close enough to topaz? I am still going to be a Twilight!vampire for Halloween among several other things whether or not my eyes are like the Cullens.
