All I want to do right now is go home and wash my face. I feel so gross. My Proactiv kit hasn't shown up yet, and I look awful right now. I've been caking make-up on my face for the past week (more than I do normally), but it only makes my complexion worse

I totally hear you on the skin thing, Lisa. It's like, we're in our twenties, shouldn't this crap be over? Proactive did nothing for me, so I'm biting the bullet and starting Accutane next month. Let's hope I don't have any two-headed babies in the future. . .

You're starting Accutane? Did you have to go through a bunch of bull crap to get on it?

Kind of. My dermatologist was the one to suggest it and she registered me. I have to use two forms of birth control, take a pregnancy test every month, and have two negative pregnancy tests before my first prescription. You have to go to the doctor's every month for bloodwork and then take this online survey on the IPledge website in order to get a refill. There's even a time limit, like, if the prescription is entered into the Accutane database (yes, there's a database) on Monday, you only have seven days to get the refill or it expires. It's kind of hardcore and a pain in the ass, but it's only for 4-5 months. I'll keep you posted.
