So it's like Christmas midnight and we were having a family/friends holiday party all evening and I'm pretty sure cookies made up around a quarter of my food for today and I can't get the Chipmunk Christmas Song out of my head and I haven't updated in forever and I'm about to go to bed buuuuuuut I wanted to say Merry Christmas/Happy Solstice/Happy

Eeeeee!! Happy Holidays, lovie!! Cookies are a staple this time of year and honestly, the Chipmunk Christmas song is a classic and if you'll have ANY song stuck in your head, might as well be that one, lol!! I have the older version of 'Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree' in my head, lol!

Happy oops late holidays! I may not be a licensed medical professional but I feel like having a quarter of intaken food compose of cookies is never a bad thing, especially when there's such a dearth of cookies every other time in the year so :D

YESSS YULETIDE! I need to sit down and just sift through all of the fic cause THERE'S ALWAYS SO MUCH.

Also I had no idea that Guardians managed to qualify for Yuletide at all- I would've thought the movie would cause the count to skyrocket, or something.

Whoa, the movie as well? I guess the comics shouldn't be too surprising, but that the movie's still eligible is bizarre since movie fandoms seem to explode exponentially right after release.

The fandom did spring up pretty quickly after the movie, but I think even so it was still under the eligibility limits for Yuletide. I'm actually not sure how big the fandom is now. I know the comics still only have one or two hundred works on AO3, because it was a relatively obscure part of Marvel until they did the movie.
