alas, poor eitenne is dead. i think.

eitenne is my ipod. when i went to update him this morning, i saw that all of my music was gone. i did the system restore- no dice. it says my drive can neither be read or written to.

oh the sadness. in a week where in having shit luck w/ technological things... this is just the icing on the cake.

Have you tried dropping from the second story? Apparently that actually works in some cases, although I don't know for how long.

matt would call that percussive maintance. apparently its the only thing that works on the cd-rom @ my moms house... matt beating on the computer case for a minute or two with a hammer.
