Ooo, 5th Grade would be a great age though, old enough for the logical processes & reasoning to be there, but just before that middle school "peer induced stupidity" thing kicks in & they get caught up in being dumb. Especially it would be an amazing opportunity to give a final push in enthusiasm to make sure the girls in the class stay engaged and don't fall victim to that "I can't do science or math" thing.
Except damn its been so long since I've been in elementary school, lol. Do they have topic-classes like high school? I think I had one teacher for all subjects each year in elementary school, would you be taking over for every subject all day?
Good luck, I really hope this one works out for you!
It'd be one group of kids all day. The downside would be not being able to escape them if they're a rough bunch. The good thing would be having just 20 or so instead of 120 or so. We'll see. The principal said she wanted to raise the school's science scores, so that could be what stood out to her on my resume (too lazy to do the accent :p).
