Anyone want to give me a lift to Dominion tonight? I don't feel like going solo. I'm fence sitting at this point. But I want to get dolled up and go dancing. My dilemma, not a bad one really.

sig_nero and I started watching the 1st season of True Blood. It's kinda stereo-type and slightly cheesy but damn if I am not hooked! Oh yeah and hot vampire sex isn ( Read more... )

I haven't watched True Blood, but I have started reading the Sookie Stackhouse series, and am loving it! I have books 1, 3, and 4 (borrowed 2 in my anxiousness to keep reading) if you want to borrow them. I'll likely pick up 2 & 5 in the next few days...They are a great light read, yet well-written. I've been forcing myself not to devour book 4 (go team Eric!) so I don't burn through the whole series too quickly.

I'm also on the fence for Dominion tonight. perhaps we can carpool, if you're OK with not closing the place down. I'm happy to drive.

Yes, I'd love to borrow the books. Awesome.

And I'd be thrilled to go with ya tonight. Wonder-twin powers form the short hair duo! No plans to close the place down as I have an 8am meeting tomorrow. Do you have my number?

You have my sympathy on the unexpected expense! By the time Mollie's better, we will have spent the equivalent of our annual property taxes on this. Just think of it as boosts in the economy. Yours boosted the auto repair industry, and we just boosted the veterinary industry...

Ugh vet bills! Yeah, no fun.

True we're fueling the recovery. I was shocked to see so many salesmen milling around at the dealership. There was at least 8 of them doing nothing at all but standing in the shade waiting for customers. And not a single person was there looking at cars. Depressing.
