Lovely photos again! I think the wizard etc were probably best left unexplained. Adds to the mystery, you know! :D

Indeed. I think if I were the artist who'd made that wizard, I'd be tempted to pop up every now and then to move all the figures into different positions. Unexplained path-side sculpture in one thing, but unexplained path-side art that has moved whenever you see it is quite another! :-D

Re Badminton, I went with the kids many years ago to watch the cross country part of the three day event. The jumps were terrifying when seen close up.

It was a walk disappointingly lacking in comical lions, but plenty of other things of interest. :-)

I know nothing about Badminton, but it all looks very impressive in the pictures. The jumps look terrifying even when NOT close up!

It was indeed. Apart from the first day and a few misty mornings, we were very lucky with the weather - especially notable given that it rained pretty much every day from mid-January until the end of April. It turned nice just in time for us. :-D
