Sigh, so this loan thing is not over yet. After two hours plus on the phone with VM which Andrew had chosen the first time, we find out that he signed a contract saying he wouldn't back out. So.... Due to unexplained with holding of information, our lender just told us about 4 thousand dollars more that we will be required to have at closing (aka tomorrow). So we've decided to drop them for someone who will be honest about things, like a bank! Countrywide here we come ( Read more... )

Okay, so I've not posted in... well, forever. Andrew and I close on the house this week and will start painting and cleaning it Friday. So there will be little from the posting stuff for a bit longer. I'm also in search of a job to at least make some money with. Alright, it's a new week. I will make this one better by sheer force of will. Lots of scheduling to do and more work to be finished on the program. At least I will not be bored this week.

Andrew fixed the shower. A piece of rubber had gotten stuck in the shower head (who knows from where...). I sent off my last payment for my bassoon today by priority mail! Arrrggg! Damn plumbing and all of it's issues. Lost water pressure to the shower head yesterday morning.... I thought it would go away like it did the first time but this morning there was still no pressure.
