Bad day....

Well sad to say today is not starting off right by any means. My sweetie is not doing well today and I can't make the pain go away..I feel helpless. And to top it all of I have to get the kids ready for school and go to work, but not before I reach the Dr. The one thing (besides my kids) that means the world to me and I can't fix it. All I can say
