*big hugs* Oh, honey, I'm so sorry. I've bought all of your books, some twice (paperback and kindle), so you know I'd buy anything you write.

Odd health comment, which I know is intrusive, and probably unwanted, but I did the same thing a few years ago (thinking I had a heart attack). Turned out it was gallstones. I had two more attacks before getting the gallbladder removed.

I also have stress-related GERD, though, And they do feel about the same.

That's good to know it feels the same, if not at all good that you have to suffer that. I had my gallbladder removed back in 1994, so I've been dealing with bileic reflux all along. This may, however, be related to the cinnamon capsules I've been taking to help control my blood sugars. The doc said those can cause a little reflux problem--normal acid reflux problem, that is, which explains why it feels different this time around ( ... )

I guess we had our gallbladders removed around the same time. Mine was 2005, I think.

Anxiety and depression are crippling, and very very real obstacles to doing anything, I know.

You do have a following, and people care, which even if we are strangers in the computer, can help with the issues, just knowing the support is there.

...I'm just gonna hug you in virtual space for a little while, if that's okay. *cuddlehug*

Hugs to you. GERD is painful. Each time the husband thought he had heart troubles, it was GERD. But it's scary.
I could advertise your books more if they were translated into French. :~)but I'll promote them as often as possible.

I wish they were in French & Spanish, and more of them in German, too!
