Dakedo I wanna Get a New Look
It's a little hard to see the highlights in these pics, but they're the best I can give you.
I got my hair cut and highlighted at a Regis salon in the South Shore plaza. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours and cost me $145, but I'm very happy with the results. I can't shampoo my hair for 2 days because the toner needs time to set in, but I bought some special shampoo to use later that keeps color from fading. The only negative to the whole experience is that I seriously under-tipped the hairdresser and I did not mean to. I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to tipping people who aren't waiters, and I didn't even think that I should follow the tried-and-true rule of 20%. I just gave her all the 1s in my wallet and they sure didn't end up anywhere near 20%. Now I feel really bad and embarrassed about it. My plan is to either stop by next time I go to the mall, or send her something in the mail. Live and learn!
