The Humility of the Harness (Nother Knee Log)

Yesterday I ran for the first time - in a harness. Yeah, if you call that running. Wow, I think maybe putting on that harness and attempting to run in it - with pain yet still in my knee - was perhaps the most discouraging experience of my knee injury to date. I felt so helpless. I can't even run with a harness taking off most of my body weight
