Okay, I am confused. A lot of my friends have posted entries that say LJ might be going bankrupt, but I checked the news group and didn't see anything about that, with the lastest entry Dec. 18. I just paid for another year's account so it better not disappear. Can anyone fill me in on this?

at this stage it's just a rumour. i was still under the assumption that lj was still owened by six apart until i read that 'article'. if it does happen people will just find an alternative blogging website. i want to back-up up my really old entries before lj shuts down (if it happens) for memories sake.

Thanks for the link! I'm not going to worry, but I think LJ could've done a lot better with managing the panic. Sheesh.
