Oh no. Not shin splints. I've been battling those for at least three months now.
I can show you some stretches for them once you get back, but ice is the BEST thing ever for them. Well, that and resting, but who wants to rest?? :)

Turns out I've actually managed to lightly sprain both ankles, ha!! I think they're just stressed from so much skipping rope and running after being basically sedentary.

But shin splints are the pits!! I guess it really is just about icing and stretching, huh? I'd love for you to show me some stretches when I get back. Right now I have ice, Tiger Balm, and the odd leg massage . . which helps a lot, but also hurts like golly-gee-heck!!
