Two weeks ago I went to see Ride The Blinds play in Santa Cruz. Great band, and nice guys, btw. I think Chris (the guy not wearing a hat), the guitar player is rather cute.

I spent as much time as possible last week, at the Santa Cruz Film Festival. I saw many interesting films in various forms. I got to meet some of the actors and directors involved with some of the featured projects. It was very illuminating. One of my favs was a documentary about Sarah Gerhardt, the first woman to surf Mavericks in Half Moon Bay. ( Read more... )

I have a date on Friday night. \o/ Yeah, Joe and I spent like 3 hours talking on the phone tonight. We had fun talking so we agreed to meet for a drink on Friday night.
