Back down to one job

Aww, the hospital job isn't going to work out for me. I was only available to work there Wed and Thurs, and they told me they don't really do anything on Thurs, and they need me more than once a week. So I'm back to only one job for now. That's okay though, it's the good job, that I'll soon be switched to full time at.

One job good, really. I'm not really happy with the amount of OT I see other RN's everywhere working. I'm not really happy with the way I feel after a double. And my job is relatively safe as far as RN's go.

Maybe they prepared you better but working on your own is much different than in school. So I really want to be awake and alert and able to catch myself when I make some stupid mistake.

Yeah, but neither of the jobs involved OT or anything like that. They were just going to be regular 9-5, M-F jobs. So I was hoping to get to work 40 hours a week, but I'm back to 24 for now.

A hospital that doesn't do anything on thursdays??? where the hell is this place? middle siberia?

maybe southside and good sam can transfer some ER patients there so they have more room.

Haha, I was specifically supposed to be working in the Employee Health office, and since you can't give a PPD on a Thursday (they're not open on weekends), they don't do the rest of the physical either.
