Someone pointed out in the comments about part 14 not being linked to part 13. Well, I'm sorry about that. Last night I was so tired that I could barely keep my eyes open, so I kinda forgot to do it. But it's all fixed now.

15. Dumb Jock
Morgana opens the door after the first knock and grins widely when she sees Merlin.
“I’m almost finishing series one.” The girl babbles, ushering Merlin in. “I’m totally a Dean Girl.”
Merlin chuckles
“I had no doubt you would be. Can you get your dad for me?”
Morgana grins again and runs off.
“What exactly is a Dean Girl?”
Merlin turns to see Arthur on the couch with a book open in his hands. She makes her way over.
“If you’re a fan of Dean Winchester from Supernatural, you’re a Dean Girl; if you prefer Sam, you’re a Sam Girl.”
“Right.” Arthur rolls his eyes. “That annoying show she’s been watching nonstop for the past week. Should have known you had something to do with that. You’re turning my sister into a geek.”
This time, Merlin rolls her eyes.
“Trust me, I’m saving the girl. Imagine if she’s left to her own devices and end up brainwashed by that crap Disney’s been selling latterly...”
Arthur knew Merlin had a point, but he would never concede anything to Merlin, so he remains in silence.
“Dostoyevsky? I didn’t think dumb jocks read anything other than sports illustrated. You know that book doesn’t have pictures, right?”
Merlin mocks with a smirk and, for the first time during the entire exchange, Arthur lowers his book
“Hello Merlin, you were looking for me?”
Arthur’s reply (probably a very rude one) is prevented by his father’s arrival and the blonde can only glare. But if looks could kill...
“Yes.” Merlin smiles. “Mom is inviting you all for dinner at our place. Her good friend Gaius is in town and he’s an excellent cook.”
“Well, if it isn’t any trouble…”
“None at all.”
“Then we’ll be there.” Merlin grins and nods.
“Great! 8:30?”
“Sure. Looking forward for it.” Andrew smiles back and shakes her hand.
