Great job! I really like the way you managed to preserve Will as a nice guy ... I'm hesitant to make him a bad guy, too, although I do love JJ/Hotch.

How about "What Hurts The Most" from the Rascal Flatts song. Listen to that, if you haven't all ready, and see if you think it fits. Actually, any series of words from there would do it for the title.

I've heard "What Hurts The Most" before. I love that song and hadn't even considered it for this, mostly because I keep seeing it from Hotch or JJ point of view, I didn't consider seeing through Will's goggles! Thanks for the suggestion! I loved it!

Will is okay, but I don't care for Will and JJ. I feel JJ and Hotch have better chemistry together.
