I forgot!

One major thing in my life. I've lost weight. Not just a few pounds that are quickly gained back, but major weight as in 3-4 dress sizes. In a couple of months I should be able to shop in large, rather than XL or XXL. And the new job has a modest gym with elipitical machines, treadmills and weights to help with the flab.

Thank you, the funny thing is it was from following the guidelines from the first ep of the special series of "I can make you thin" with Paul McKenna. It was on TLC or Discovery and it's been surprisingly easy for me to follow. Just amazed at how the weight has been dropping.

Congrats! *hugs*

Wish I could manage that. 6 months of starving and killing myself, and I managed to lose about 20 pounds, and felt like crap. *sigh*

Check out the "I can make you thin" program by Paul McKenna. It does take some effort initially, but the lovely thing is that you don't starve yourself, you don't deprive yourself so you don't binge or make your body think it needs to save up against starvation.
