Remember this day for the next 50 years! Be a role model to other marriages that struggle after a few years! "Falling in love" is easy... it takes some hormonal flow... Authentic loving is not about "feeling but a principle... It is doing what the other person need... It is remaining faithful even when feelings fail to show up... :-) God bless you! I have multiple family members with 50 years married. We waited a long time before getting married, to make sure that it was right. :) We've been friends for 6 years, dating for 4, we were engaged for 2. We've had our disagreements and our spats and ups and downs in that time, including one or both of us being unemployed and we have gotten through. I am really hopeful for the future, as I get to share my life with my best friend.
