My vacation to Colorado was nice and relaxing. The highlight of the trip was our drive up to The Stanley Hotel, which is where the film "The Shining" was made. We had lunch there and then went into the Rocky Mountain National Park, which is where the world's highest paved road is or something. We were at 12,000 feet. The wedding is on 12/13. I will be flying in on 12/12 for the rehersal dinner and flying back to SD on 12/14. I haven't made my airline reservations yet, though, so I'll get back to you on that.

Are you going to the wedding? Did you get an invitation?

Meh... I forgot that you have to have chains to drive through the mountains here in the wintertime. Because it snows. And the roads are icy. So I'd want to take another means of transportation, and since I wouldn't really get to hang out with you for even a whole day, I don't think I will. owell.

No, no invites or notices-of-engagement or anything from her. Tell her I said hi though.
