Praise and a little bit of constructive (I hope) criticism: he looks great, the shading, colours, body, trousers, everything is excellent!! Yay you, I could never have imagined or drawn anything so wonderful! :)
I do have one thing that bothers me a bit - the wings. THe general shape & the rainbow colouring is fine, but I don't much like the "border", probably because it looks like it wouldn't "work" - no relation to a bone/wing structure I can imagine, if the border is meant to be muscle, there's nothing for it to attach to to get that shape, if it's meant to be just a different coloured edge to the skin, it still needs something structural to give the wing edge it's shape.
That said, I'm talking firmly and very quietly from the "can't do it any better or even anywhere near as good" (ok, except perhaps the wings, I dunno about that ;) so do feel free to ignore my comment. :)
Honestly, I am always happy when people take time and effort for some constructive comments ! =))))
I definitely agree concerning the wings. I have to confess that I used a reference for the pose but I didn't have one for the wings save the picture of the autumn dragon from DC. I find wings in general, be they bat-like or bird-like, very difficult to draw (Aryana is so much better at that than I am) Maybe some time in future, I will take some time to practice drawing them =)

Perhaps these would help (looks more bat-ish to me than bird-ish)?
