Just submitted our counter on a HUD house. Basically agreeing to their counter. But there's another bidder now - we'll know by tomorrow afternoon! Kinda terrified but so excited, too!

Congratulations! Your heart should calm down in about a month. I remember that's how long it took mine to slow down after we bought our first house.

lol - I don't know if that's good or bad news. ;) I tend to shy away from acting in ways that I think are stereotypical. But the giddy teenager in me really want to run around packing and buying paint even though it's going to be at least 45-60 days and we haven't even heard if they signed the contract yet. :D
