You should post this in some of the comms, so more people get to read it! And it's great to have another Sam/Janet writer!! :D

Why thank ya'. :) I was hoping it wouldn't come out terribly depressing, but that's where my headspace was.

Any recommendations? Don't know that many comms.

No, I didn't find it depressing. And am rather partial to strong!Janet too!

There are a number of comms for stargate fic. The ones I post to most frequently are:

sam_and_janet
sg_femslash
(which you have already joined), as well as
stargate_women
samslashjanet
girlgate
and of course
passion_perfect (which takes just about any fandom and is probably the most comprehensive and most read multi-fandom femslash community)

I also post to these, but less frequently:

all_tongue

and for crossovers...
cross_my_heart

I'm sure that there are others out there, but these are the one I see the most. If you don't post anywhere else, I do suggest passion_perfect. And, you can submit your stories to the Passion and Perfection website as well ( ... )

Very nice! Loved that Sam was pissed about not being able to acknowledge Janet and that Janet was okay with the way things are and being very Zen about it. :)

I like to think of Janet as being very zen about most things. She's the wise/calm/patient/together one, methinks. :)
