Pretty much everyone gets denied once or twice. Do you have an attorney? It may make the difference and you can usually get them to take their fee out of your backpay settlement.

Sorry, i was in bed with a migraine yesterday and it took a day to get back to you. As far as I know, hes not dating any cast member, but a rumor i heard was that he was dating a miss Austraila candidate when he was there filming Wolverine.

That is ridiculous. But does back up what I have always heard, that they deny practically everyone the first time. I really thought your case would be clear enough that they wouldn't! I'm glad you contacted an attorney and I hope they are able to get things moving quickly.
