Drowning yourself in guilt is not going to help you. Focus on just going to the gym, or going out for a walk in the sunshine, and feeling better about yourself (and therefore eating better) will come along with it. Keep fruits and veggies (high-fiber stuff) around for when the snack attacks hit, to give yourself a fighting chance. And slogging in guilt over a silly bag of chips is just going to make you want more chips to feel better.

Hope this helps (she says after her third cupcake).

Yep I agree with this, just say to yourself its just one day and move on... I always have times where I go to the gym and the motivation is just not there and I struggle with stuff for maybe 5 or 10 minutes before I give up and go home ( ... )

This is just one slip. Don't kill yourself over it.

If there is a food that tempting to you, and you have it in your drawer, throw it in the garbage. It's not worth the guilt.

*hugs* it happens. The best thing to do is not feel guilty about it. You know it's wrong, but the worst thing you can do is beat yourself up about it. Then it can get you down that you're a failure, and then the 'why bother' belief.

*squidges*

You can do it, you are strong enough... and the odd treat every now and then is okay!
