my nipples hurt all the time too, but that's only because someone has the nerve to chew on them constantly while watching tv with me.

You could also get nipple cream that they have for when you're breastfeeding. Though I think that might be more for cracking or something. Worth a try. And take some tylenol.

I wonder if ben gay or aspercream would do anyting - maybe to numb them?

I have no feeling in my nips so I can't really relate.
