So I am still alive and kicking.
July nearly killed me though. I was SEVERELY understaffed, although that wasn't reflected in my budget, so I was very reluctant to hire anyone else. I got some good advice on delegating -- don't delegate anything to do with money. Although it's hard to let go of the filing-type stuff, you know, stuff I know that I know how to do well.
