In mine you will not find French Immersion due to anti-Quebec feelings. And Ottawa has more incentive to get their kids into French Immersion if they want to get their kids into good jobs. Kingston will be needing more Bi-lingual people because now the municipal gov. needs to offer services in French for the growing francophone population.
