Why does shit like this not surprise me at all? Behavior I would pummel my kids for is not only condoned, but encouraged and rewarded, in adults. God bless America...

Heh, I don't really post much on that either, but check out ace_of_loons. I think I have one entry and a bunch of comments... I post on some comms with it.

It's ridiculous. For some reason, the line that everyone knew about in kindergarten and why you shouldn't cross it seems to not count if you're dealing with customer service.

I had sent an email to them about it, and the author sent me one back basically saying I had misunderstood what he meant, and that he wasn't encouraging people to scream so much as to simple "speak up," and he may have been, but you and I both know how that'll get interpreted by the majority of the populace...
