How about: "Hey, what are you up to tonight. I'm doing _____ with some friends. Want to come along?" Also, if you have classes together you could be sneaky and ask him for help on your homework :P

Also, we guys really suck at taking hints, so if you being all flirty and hoping he will get the idea to ask you out, it's probably hopeless.

I used to be awsome at swing dancing, but then the swing dance club in Snohomish closed down, and I've kind of forgotten all of my moves. Tis sad.
