3rd Friday of Lent
I've always wanted to do a soup in a bread bowl so I thought Lent would be the perfect time to try it. The whole meal was delicious but I think I could have picked a better soup for the bread bowl. This was too brothy and therefore, if we didn't hollow the bread out well enough, it soaked up the broth. I really want to make the bread bowls again though for the Leek and Potato Soup.
