This weekend marks the halfway point for Lent. Originally, I had planned to do salads this Friday however tilapia was on sale at Meijer and I also that week happened to pick up a small block of parmisan cheese. Therefore, that's how I decided to do this instead. Like the goob that I am of late, I totally forgot to serve this with lemon as the recipe said but it was still yummy without it. Ian tried the lemon with his leftovers (because again, I forgot) and he said that it was 10 times better with it. Maybe next time....
Oh, and the fish is red due to the paprika the recipe called for.
