Quick Update

Hopped on the scale for the first time in several weeks...and I'm down 22 lbs from the start of the great Personal Training/Gym experience (I have definitely been lax in the last week, but it's awesome to see I'm still losing). I have a pair of jeans that is my October 1 goal, another pair that is my Christmas goal. So that is, despite all odds,
