*hugs* because phew... what a palaver. I'm so pleased the worry is over, and I do hope you are better soon. That was so unnecessary and I do hope you never have to see Jackie again!

I am only just checking in on LJ. So glad to hear the overall news but sorry you are feeling so crap in the meantime.

FWIW I would definitely put in some form of complaint (I have read other folk's responses above). If you don't want to think of it as a complaint I would do something similar to above - calmly list events and explain how traumatic that has been for you - and send it to both the woman concerned and her boss (whoever that is). THEY NEED TO KNOW.

Meanwhile I WILL email you.

P has read this now (not the comments) and said you need to provide the physio's boss with feedback. So you are not complaining - just giving feedback. But you need to do it.

Also P said how positive it was that the surgeon thought you were doing well. Fantastic!!!
