This journal is kept primarily for my own purposes; I find that there's something satisfying going back in time to see what I was dealing with or thinking about on any given day. It generally contains the day-to-day happenings in my life, how I'm feeling, loads of pictures and anything else that might happen to strike my interest and/or amusement. I keep it very organized, well tagged and use proper grammar... because I'm a badass like that.
I love spending time at home. I'm a bit of an introvert and home is where I am most comfortable. Despite this, I do like to have a good adventure too! Lately I have been working on my fitness and getting into hiking. My ultimate goal is to hike in the Rocky Mountains. I have a full-time job and two wonderfully smart and beautiful daughters that I'm head over heels in love with. I used to be a self proclaimed geek, playing games on our Nintendo, Gamecube, Wii, computer, and iPod iPhone. I love to laugh and be silly. I love the tv show Friends (I grew up with it) and absolutely anything to do with Harry Potter. I also have a soft spot for Gilmore Girls,Top Gear/Grand Tour and Game of Thrones. Chocolate is my vice. I enjoy going out for walks and spending time in and around our little pool. I have spent a number of years working on my domestic skills, learning how to sew, knit, bake, cook and even do my own renovations! I am working on curating the life that I really want and have been trying to simplify. I would love to be financially free so that we can go on all the crazy trips and adventures we have been dreaming about.

I tend to go through phases with my journal, sometimes writing every day (or multiple times a day) and sometimes just letting it sit for days/weeks/months at a time. I do read all of my friends entries. Always. I might not always comment on them but I do read them. I try to comment every once in awhile to let you know I'm still interested and care about what's going on and I'd appreciate the same in return.
