A/N: Written for rhodynne, who picked a line I didn’t recognise from one of my fics. :) The fic in question was A Ranch in Idaho, and this drabble (exactly 100 words, btw) takes place in the ARiI universe.
On one sunny Monday afternoon, a red Corvette pulled up in front of Viggo’s house. The car was shiny new, but the lanky form of the boy who stepped out was heart-stoppingly familiar.
The first two days Orlando just slept; he only woke from his deep slumber to drink tea and visit the loo, and to give sleepy, apologetic kisses to Viggo.
Viggo wasn’t a complicated man. He liked his coffee black, his shirts plaided and his lover home; and when a more insistent kiss followed a chaste one the third morning he knew he could ask for nothing else.
