Work sucks today. I'm filing reports and organizing the case file for this guy they arrested last week, and it reminds me that my own current legal situation sucks. I have to go down to APD tomorrow to talk to my detective... meh

yay, you're applying to be an RA...you would be such a good RA, oh my gosh.
that's so exciting you got to work on backdives!! i went to open kayak last night to start to learn how to roll a kayak and i did a bit of swimming too and was tempted to backdive off the side...but didn't. ah, fun! i am so excited to see you in just 1.5 months!! whee!

Just one thing, do you REALLY believe that a person can FORCE another person to give them oral sex? Honestly? The person giving the pleasure is in COMPLETE control. Just because it didn't make him like you, doesn't mean you should fuck with his future.

Secondly, in any situation who is in control is dependant upon a large number of variables and so you are not sufficiently qualified to make such a statement.
If he didn’t do anything wrong, then he wouldn’t have anything to worry about. You can only mess up someone’s future if they’ve done something; there are a large number of laws in place to ensure this.
Oh and Amanda, go into settings and enable IP tracking for people posting on your journal. The IP address will allow you to trace the poster, even anonymous ones.
