I'm really pleased with how the Oddworld story turned out--2 reviews so far, both really good.  It's nice to see that from a fandom with only 40 stories, and one that's been pretty quiet for 3 years.  I was expecting no reviews which would have rather humiliating after putting all that work into writing and posting that short story.

Ahh, the icon is T-O-E, a character from the Rice Boy comic (www.rice-boy.com). It's awesome. Go read it.

I have to imagine Tim Burton just hurls at the thought of the commercialism that goes along with half the things he creates (though he did touch the Batman universe, didn't he?) He strikes me as a "leave it alone" artist. As in one that makes a creation and, when it's done, it's done. He doesn't seem like the type of author or creatist who would revisit characters that had their spotlight, told their story, and gracefully stepped from the stage. The Nightmare Before Christmas felt final. And I just can't see him and video games going together.

Sounds like the finale was pretty fantastic. I should probably cheat and read up on what happened, lol. I will say that Aang looks weird with hair.
