"indonesian" "spaghetti"

so, inspired by omid making a "japanese" and/or "filipino" "spaghetti" dish that i thought sounded pretty nasty, i decided to do my own and make it "indonesian". (we're putting everything in quotes because it's all sort of ethnically half-assed.) this is what passes for a recipe out of me, since i improv everything anyway.
