facebook and twitter, you can suck it

i have read many pieces lately on why facebook and/or twitter are bad. these complaints seem to have the same source: these services are populated exclusively of dullards who will waste your time

amended: seriously, if you can't get off of facebook or twitter long enough to take a walk or read for 30 minutes without posting about it, then it sounds like you've got some kind of problem.
