El primero es "Memorias de Adriano", de Marguerite Yourcenar, porque escribe maravillosamente bien y va de todo menos de historia.
El segundo "De ratones y hombres", de Steinbeck, aprovechando que han reeditado hace nada en bolsillo (antes era complicadillo de encontrar). Muy duro, pero brutal.

Si no, pues... te pongo dos opciones. Por que no recerdo si ya has leido una de ellas o no, - mejor 3. No, sabes... mejor 4 ! LOL
1) Los pilares de la tierra. TBH, no recuerdo si lo leiste ya o no, si viste la mini o no. porque tu sabes que yo tengo pesima memoria. Pero el amor que le tengo a este libro no tiene nombre (mi personaje favorito femenino de books ever es Aliena, y la OTP es demasiado OTP, pero no es solo eso, solo que vale la pena siempre mencionarlo). Tiene personajes brillantes, la trama está genial, supongo que puede hacerse pesado cuando habla de la catedral (pero claro, eso a mi me fascinaba). Pero en definitiva, fabuloso ( ... )

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini - Books don't usually make me cry, but this one did. It's about a boy who grew up in Afghanistan and was forced to move out. It's both heartbreaking and inspiring.
Demian by Hermann Hesse - In the simplest terms, it's about this weird kid that meets another weird kid. I have this theory that weird kid #2 is only weird kid #1's hallucination, but that's a deeper discussion. There's some interesting philosophies in this book, you might enjoy reading them.
