Well, I just read "Tribulations" and "Respite" today, and am blown away. Why haven't I read any of your fics before? Your take on the complex interactions among the three of them is perfect; the focus on El's reactions was perfect. Thanks for writing these little jewels.

What a lovely thing to say. These two, three-part stories have been my first foray into WC. I don't post widely these days. I started with LotR a decade ago, spent a long time writing in that fandom, then dabbled in Pirates, some Firefly, random sprinkles from other inspirations, and original fics. The past couple of years, I've devoted a lot less time to writing, I feel like I'm warming up again to writing in general. Thanks very much for the pep talk!
