[Personality] To quote his official bio, "He seems to think like an adult and always carries out his duties effectively and efficiently. Ever courteous, Carl always has a smile on his face, even when he’s staring down a target."
Carl is your above-average-intelligence sort of boy. Really, all you need to do is beware of his psycho buttons. Otherwise, you're golden, and he GENERALLY won't kill you or hurt you... usually. Really, he's just a misguided kid with a sister complex and a heart in the wrong place. He treats most with respect and courtesy, and is always a gentleman, especially to the opposite gender, whom he's less likely to attack unless he has to.

[Specialties/Abilities] Carl can control automatons or puppets (and Nirvana/his 'sister') using a form of magic, referred to as Ars Magus or Armagus. He's also a bit of a bookworm and is quite chess-savvy. He has an appreciation for music, as well as a good understanding of its terms. His instrument of choice is the violin, and he plays it quite well despite his age.

[Other Facts] He and bloomtrigger were both students in the same Military Academy, which he dropped out of. His ostentatious eyeglasses glasses allow him to talk to inanimate objects, and are what let him hear Nirvana speak. What kinds of objects? Postboxes and lamp posts. ... I'm not even kidding. Honest to god, he can talk to mailboxes and lamp posts with his glasses.
He doesn't like getting treated for wounds either. He IS a kid, after all.
